Cancellation Policy
At Creative By Sanchez, we strive to accommodate our customers while maintaining fair business practices. This policy explains how you can change or cancel different types of purchases, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and orders fulfilled through Ingram, our book wholesaler.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.
- Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
- You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or soon-to-be-available.
- When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or soon to be available.
- Pre-orders are subject to stock availability from both Ingram and Creative By Sanchez. While we expect fulfillment, delays from the publisher may occur.
- Pre-orders paid in full are charged immediately after checkout. Alternatively, we may collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance when the product becomes available for fulfillment.
- Pre-orders may not ship immediately, as fulfillment depends on stock availability from the publisher. Customers may be purchasing a book that is currently out of stock from both Ingram and Creative By Sanchez.
- Pre-orders are available for books that are on order from the publisher. While these books will arrive at some point, there is no exact shipping date.
- Pre-orders can be canceled if they have not yet been sent to our publisher for order.
- You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
- Pre-orders that have been marked as fulfilled or On-Hold (ordered through our publisher) but not yet shipped will incur a 25% restocking fee if canceled. Shipping will not be refunded.
- Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return or refund.

Pre-Orders Canceled by the Publisher
- If a pre-order is canceled by the publisher and not by Creative By Sanchez, customers will be issued store credit instead of a refund if the order has been in our system for 15 days or more.
- If the order has been placed within the last 15 days, customers may request a refund instead of store credit.
- Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the pre-order purchase price, excluding any applicable processing fees.

Unclaimed Orders and Forfeiture Policy
At Creative By Sanchez, we strive to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience for all customers. The following policy outlines the handling of unclaimed orders, returned items, and forfeiture:
Ingram Direct Shipments & Cancellations
Some book orders are shipped directly from Ingram Book Distribution to our customers. Due to Ingram’s policies, additional fees apply to cancellations and returns:
- If an order has not yet been processed by Ingram, it may be canceled with a 10% cancellation fee.
- If an order is already processing through Ingram or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a return is requested after the item is received, the following applies:
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The refund request must be initiated before the return is shipped back to ensure proper processing.
Customers must contact us before attempting to return an Ingram-fulfilled item to confirm eligibility.
Unclaimed Orders & Forfeiture Policy
We aim to provide a fair resolution for unclaimed or returned orders. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. Unclaimed Orders:
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or any other issue, we will attempt to contact the customer using the information provided at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for responding within 30 calendar days of our first contact attempt to arrange reshipment or resolve the issue.
2. Resolution and Fees:
- If the customer responds within 30 calendar days, the item can be reshipped upon request, subject to additional shipping fees.
- If the customer requests a refund after the item has been returned but within the 30-day window, a 25% restocking fee and cost of shipping will apply.
3. Forfeiture of Unclaimed Orders:
- If a refund request is made after the initial 30-day window but within 45 days, a 50% restocking/storage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- After 45 days, the storage fee will equal the full cost of the item, and the item will be considered forfeited. No refund will be issued.
4. Late Refund Requests & Storage Fees:
- If a refund request is made after the 30-day window, a 50% restocking/storage fee will be deducted from the refund amount
4. Customer Returns & Refund Eligibility
- Customers may only return items for a refund if the refund amount meets the minimum refund amount set by Creative By Sanchez.
- Some returns may be subject to an 80% restocking fee, depending on the item and the reason for return.
- Customers must contact us before shipping an item back to confirm eligibility for a return.
5. Prevention of Forfeiture:
To avoid forfeiture, please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout and respond promptly to any communication regarding your order.
