Custom Orders

    • All custom orders are final sale and non-returnable due to their personalized nature and inability to be resold.
    • If there is an issue with a custom order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item via email, social media, or Shopify. We will work together to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Custom Items:

    • If a custom item arrives damaged during shipping, broken, or unusable, we will work on a resolution together.
    • For damaged items, we will issue a refund of the items (minus shipping) once the item is returned to us within 7 business days of receiving the initial order.


Self-Published and Print-On-Demand Books:

    • Self-published books may be returned and refunded only if received in their original condition. A refund will be issued upon inspection.
    • Print-On-Demand (POD) books are final sale as they are printed specifically for you. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 3 business days of delivery. 

Other Returns and Refunds:

    • All other returns and refunds are subject to approval by Creative By Sanchez and must be requested within 3 business days of receiving the order.
    • Due to the majority of our products being custom-made, print-on-demand, or non-returnable to the publisher, returns and refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Late Refund Requests & Storage Fees

  • If a refund request is made after the initial 3-day window but within 30 days, a 50% restocking/storage feewill be deducted from the refund amount.
  • After 60 days, the storage fee will equal the full cost of the item, and the item will be considered forfeited. No refund will be issued.

Customer Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Customers may only return items for a refund if the refund amount meets the minimum refund amount set by Creative By Sanchez.
  • Some returns may be subject to an 80% restocking fee, depending on the item and the reason for return.
  • Customers must contact us before shipping an item back to confirm eligibility for a return.

 

Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to:

    • Any order that must be shipped back and can be resold.

    • Any order where a refund is requested after the shipping label has been purchased (whether shipped or not).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return label is provided and a refund is initiated, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Ingram Direct Shipments & Cancellations

Some book orders are shipped directly from Ingram Book Distribution to our customers. Due to Ingram’s policies, additional fees apply to cancellations and returns:

  • If an order has not yet been processed by Ingram, it may be canceled with a 10% cancellation fee.
  • If an order is already processing through Ingram or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a return is requested after the item is received, the following applies:
    • A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • The refund request must be initiated before the return is shipped back to ensure proper processing.

Other Direct Shipments & Cancellations

  • If an order has not yet been processed by our distribution center, it may be canceled with a 10% cancellation fee.
  • If an order is already being processed through our distribution center or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a return is requested after the item is received, the following applies:
    • A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • The refund request must be initiated before the return is shipped back to ensure proper processing.

Additional Information:

  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for return within the specified time frames mentioned above.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
  • Creative By Sanchez reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the specified criteria outlined in this policy.
