   • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
   • Custom orders require additional processing time, with processing times of up to 7 business days. Please allow for this extended processing time when placing custom orders.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates:

   • We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries. The quickest way to determine if shipping to your location is available is to proceed to the checkout page, where the destination and an accurate shipping price will be displayed.
   • We offer a range of shipping methods to accommodate your preferences, including standard and expedited options. Shipping rates are calculated based on factors such as package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. You can review these costs during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Times:

   • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination of the package.
   • Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. 
   • Delivery within the United States is on average between 3-5 business days.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

   • We do not offer international shipping to every country at this time.
   • While our items do not have shipping size restrictions, international shipping, outside of the United States, may incur additional fees or be subject to regulations imposed by customs authorities. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

   • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery online.

6. Shipping Insurance and Liability:

   • We take every precaution to ensure your orders are securely packaged for transit. However, Creative By Sanchez is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during shipping.
   • Shipping insurance options may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us if you wish to purchase shipping insurance for your order.
   • All USPS orders automatically have insurance up to a certain dollar amount, usually $50, and any claims must go through USPS.
